The Baku Political Studies Program was established in 2006 as an innovative platform for training young Azerbaijanis – representatives of the government, media, political and other civil society organizations. The main goal of the Program is to broaden future leaders’ understanding of European political culture.
The Program’s mission is to create a new, modern elite in Azerbaijan which, alongside similar initiatives in the other two countries of the South Caucasus, would contribute to future stability, freedom and progress in the entire region.
