The School of Democratic Leadership presents a platform for the further education of future political decision-makers, launchers of positive initiatives and reform processes within society, and for active or potential public opinion creators. The School provides a framework for the introduction/adoption of new theoretical and practical knowledge and techniques which provide a more professional, more efficient and modern operation.
The School contributes to the qualitative organisation of political parties and the positive transformation of both Montenegrin society and Montenegro’s role in a new and expanded Europe.
