The fourth seminar entitled "Perspectives of the Region and European Integration" was held from 23 to 25 November 2012 in Belgrade. The Protocol on Regional Cooperation in the field of event tourism between the cities/municipalities in Western Serbia was signed on this occasion. The Protocol is the result of joint work and effort of all participants. Each of the previous seminars included a special section dedicated to the formulation of joint project ideas.
